Mendefera, 04 September 2025 – The Ministry of Education branch in the Southern Region provided training to 40 school directors aimed at enhancing their capacity. The training was conducted in the city of Dekemhare.
The trainees were from the sub-zones of Tserona, Segeneity, Adi-Keih, Senafe, and Dekemhare.
Mr. Kesete Misgina, from the Training and Planning branch at the Ministry of Education and coordinator of the program, noting that administration develops through practice and experience, called on the trainees to practically apply the knowledge they gained from the training and to transfer it to their colleagues.
Mr. Samson Negash, Chairman of the Teachers Association in the Southern Region, said that effective theoretical and practical training was provided to school directors from six sub-zones in the region. He also called for the continuity of the program.
