To Whom It May Concern:
First and foremost we would like to give our warmest greetings to all who are interested up on us. Then we are the people of Eritrean and Ethiopian citizen being jailed in Kufra (the town of Libya which is located 2000 km far from Tripoli towards south) for not less than 7 months and we didn’t get notice of any foreign dealers such as journalists, diplomats and so forth.
The people who are jailed are adults, teenagers, women, children and young ladies. Among which are pregnant ladies and children from 4 months and 12 years old and the rests are solders and military officers (military boss).
We prisoners are exposed for plenty different diseases and stress because of extreme heat (some times it reaches 46, 47 degree C.) saturation and dirt. Even if we ask to get enough medical treatment, supply of food and water we don’t get any attention. Consequently we are found in very harsh condition.
Hence we are expecting towards your cooperation that would have crucial rode in making us known to the organization who can take care of us and by which we can get solution.
Therefore we are kindly requesting you to inform the world community by splitting the name list of these prisoners in internet website, and other ways if there is.

We are in the process of drafting a letter on behalf of these victims of the two dictatorships. We will send the letter to the Embassy of Libya, United Nations, African Union, European Union, State Department-USA, Human Rights Organizations and UNHCR. In addition to the Eritrean names listed below, we are going to need an overwhelming number of sponsors.
Since the prisoners are a mix of Eritreans and Ethiopians, Each peace-loving Eritrean and Ethiopian citizen has a personal responsibility to lobby for this noble cause. We believe we can make a difference if we take this noble mission seriously and make it happen within a week, before they are deported back to their respective countries to endure immense suffering, and probably death. Last week, 73 Eritreans were deported back to Asmara. Upon their arrival at the Asmara Airport, they were swiftly transported to Nakura prison, a hot and God forsaken prison that was built by the Italian colonists.
We have always maintained both Isaias Afwerki and Meles Zenawi have virtually declared an all out war on their respective peoples. It is as if they are working in a team setting and determined to relegate these two peoples to a hellish survival.
Let’s all make it happen for our peoples. They deserve our concerted effort. We need as many sponsors as we can get. In the next five days, we will compile a sizeable list of sponsors, attach it to a cover letter and mail it out to all concerned institutions.
