US Constitution
vs
Ethiopia's attempt to violate constitutional rights of Americans

Will any action by Ethiopia against Americans, Canadians, Australians and Europeans and concerned mining companies, on the basis of its accusations against the Eritrean regime, haul the Ethiopian government into United States, Canadian, Australian and European courts to prove its case? Can any organization or country, in violations of constitutional rights of Americans,  Canadians, Australians and Europeans take action against Americans, Canadians, Australians and Europeans without due process? Can Americans (Eritrean- Americans),  invoke their rights under the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, including Citizenship clause, Due Process Clause and Equal Protection Clause, and challenge any actions against their unalienable rights of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness"  as provided by United States Declaration of Independence?
