 Source: Reuters By Ed Harris ASMARA, Oct 6 (Reuters) - No military build-up has taken place on either side of the Ethiopian-Eritrean border, the United Nations said on Thursday, easing diplomatic fears that the two countries were on the verge of renewed conflict.
