Sudan sets conditions to normalize ties with Eritrea -FM, KHARTOUM, May 17 (AFP), Sudan has demanded that Eritrea not harbour armed Sudanese opponents or offer them assistance as a condition for normalising relations, Foreign Minister Mustafa Osman Ismail said Tuesday.
